If there is a single overarching lesson from organizational learning, it is the value of networks.
Nothing exists alone. Everything is connected via networks and networks of networks. Your effectiveness depends to a very large degree on belonging to networks where you can quickly and easily access what you need when you need it.
Membership in BASoL will dramatically increase the reach and power of your network:

- Subscribe to SoL’s e-journal Reflections, featuring articles written by leaders in the field.
- Sign up for The SoL FLASH, an e-newsletter published every two months with timely updates on SoL community events and news, as well as pointers to important developments in the field of organizational learning.
- Receive discounts to SoL training events and conferences and have access to proceedings of events.
